"We put a hair of the bat in there," jokes Bill Koons, bar manager of the St. Louis Galleria location. "I can tell you that we don't use a regular kosher-salt rim around the glass; we use a fry seasoning like we'd use on our french fries. If you've had our seasoned french fries, you know what I mean. It gives our Bloody Marys a real kick."
