It's the french toast you remember as a child, smothered in powdered sugar and too big to finish. "We use Texas toast that Wonder Bread makes especially for IHOP," says Mike Henry, owner of the Clayton IHOP. "I've never measured it, but I think it's about an inch-and-a-half to 2 inches thick." You could have maple syrup with it, but why not try the pecan or strawberry syrup instead?
