This restaurant, voted No. 1 in the Middle Eastern category every year since 1985, has as its motto "Where garlic is king," and it shows in their dishes. It's relatively easy to counteract garlic breath, says general manager Won Park. Just suck on a piece of lemon or chew on parsley (or anything else high in chlorophyll). Better still, eat garlic with the one you love: If both of you are eating garlic, you won't notice it on each other.
