What makes that salad so addictive? "It's our dressing," says Brian Keller, manager of the Chesterfield Mall Pasta House. "It's the dressing with the Parmesan cheese that makes it so good, and we sell both the regular and the fat-free dressing here. Also, our salad is a nice blend of iceberg and romaine lettuce, pimientos, cheese and red onions."
