Remember when you were a kid, ordering a Steakburger from the carhop, trying not to spill ketchup in your dad's new Buick convertible staring at the sign on the side of the building that read, "In Sight It Must Be Right." With that slogan, they were advertising what has now become trendy: an open kitchen. That may not explain their No. 1 position in our Upscale Fast Food category. It's more likely they took top honors because they continue to meet our expectations.
