Takeout food is so often a disappointment. What seems like a good idea for a fast, convenient meal on the way to the restaurant (or, more likely, drive-through window) sometimes turns out to be fast and convenient, yes, but satisfying? Not so much. Hodak's takeout is something else entirely. Fried chicken is their specialty, of course, and they're ready for the takeout crowd - they even sell it in bulk. Which means the crispy-outside, tender-inside treat offers a great taste. But it's also a great value. Other menu items are available for takeout, too, of course, but it's largely due to their way with a bird that makes Hodak's keep on cluckin'.
