The King & I has remained a landmark restaurant on South Grand, with over two decades in business and big crowds to this day. Some of those folks go there for a certain kind of culinary kick: heat. The kitchen at the King & I turn out dishes so hot, they're positively incendiary, fire nearly leaping off the plates. Mixing and matching a potentially dangerous number of peppers, the King & I chefs make sure that your palette won't forget your order for at least a day, or two. Think twice before saying "make it hot."
