When you think of a hotel like the Ritz-Carlton, you think of elegance from top to bottom. That would include the dining facilities, as well, and over the years the Ritz has become one of the finest restaurants in the St. Louis area, regardless of its connection to the hotel. Inside the richly appointed dining room, you'll find guests of the hotel as well as business people out for an important meeting/meal. But you'll also see a number of St. Louisans who know that you don't have to stay at the hotel to enjoy eating there. It seems appropriate that the place to go when you're putting on the ritz is, well, the Ritz.
