It would take a story taking up most of this page. The genesis of toasted ravioli is a tale wrapped in mystery and intrigue, with at least two local eateries laying claim to the title as the birthplace of the toasted ravs. The Pasta House is not one of those restaurants arguing the point, but their customers seem to feel they make them real well, even if they didn't make them first.
