Er, lucky for us, the fifth annual St. Pat's Charity Pub Crawl combines both Irish interests at ten different Soulard-area bars, including Joanie's Pizzeria (2102 Menard Street). But before drinking so much you see orange stars and yellow moons, open up your pink hearts: Proceeds benefit Caring Bridge, an organization that keeps family and friends updated on loved ones' medical conditions via the Internet. And don't forget to bring your lucky purple horseshoes — it's going to take more than mere stamina to make it from 11:30 a.m. to last call.
