Talk about community service! The fifth-annual TOCO ("Tapestry of Community Offerings") Festival will benefit the Center for Women in Transition. CWIT works on behalf of incarcerated women, assisting their smooth re-entry into society and their families. This year's festival features (deep breath now!): Nashville's Rodney Branigan (who performs the two-guitar tango), Madahoochi (pop-jam), Vitamen A (psychedelia), the Bottoms Up Blues Gang (self-explanatory), Sully (prog-folk), earthSOL (twang-jazz), Johnny Fox (acoustic blues), Escape (hard rock), Fab Foehners (posi-blues), Auset (alternative), Defined Perception (Phish disciples), meancatmonday (indie pop), Heather Barth (songwriter-guitarist), East End Girls (acousticomedy), Pik'n Lik'n (bluegrass), Adhamh Roland (politi-folk), Plum Tucker (bluegrass-funk), Horshack (alt-folk), Wake Up Report (earnest rock) and Racket Box (country-rock covers).
