While visiting the BJC SportsWorks exhibit in the Montgomery Bank Exploradome at the Saint Louis Science Center (5050 Oakland Avenue; 314-289-4400 or www.slsc.org), you can test the speed of your fastball and time your ten-meter dash — but can you truly taste the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat? Well, the thrill of victory, at least, will be all yours when you see your shiny face reflected in the Rams’ Lombardi Trophy from the 1999 season. And you don't even have to win the Super Bowl, because that silver football on a pike is on display (along with more than 25 other NFL artifacts) daily until Sunday, March 25. Entry to the SportsWorks exhibit is $10 for adults and $8 for children, but the taste of glory is priceless. As for the taste of the victor’s giant bucket of ice — um, you’ll have to just imagine that.
