But we don't think it's necessary to bond during an expensive (and weird) empowerment lecture or some kind of anti-men rally. Nope, we should band together over glasses of wine! And we should take today off to do so! Mount Pleasant Winery (5634 High Street, Augusta; www.mountpleasant.com) helps us with our feminine agenda by hosting the Wine for Women Seminar from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. During this free event, tasting and learning about wine are on the program, and lunch is optional (it costs $15, and you have a choice of sandwiches).
