No matter what, don’t believe anyone who says he or she "isn’t into fashion" -- especially since that person is probably declaring said non-interest while attired. (Unless we’re talking about a convo taking place at a nudist colony, and if so, we stand corrected.) Anyway, for most of us, fashion plays a part in our lives as clothing-wearing people, and as such, we all have a vested interest in what the styles of tomorrow will bring. Peek into the future tonight at 7 p.m. at the Saint Louis Galleria (Brentwood Boulevard and Clayton Road, Richmond Heights), the host of the 78th annual Fashion Design Show (314-935-9090). During this event’s runway-ing, models show off more than 150 ensembles created by Washington University’s fashion-design upperclassmen. These students will probably have a hand in our style in the next few years, so pay attention! Will they be showing avant-garde formal, Victorian casual or something else entirely? Only those who hold a $65 ticket will know for sure; buy yours at 314-534-1111 or www.metrotix.com.
