Hit up Heman Park (7210 Olive Boulevard, University City; 314-505-5612 or www.ucitymo.org) at 7:30 p.m. tonight, and not only can you lie in the cooling grass and relax, but you can also enjoy the R&B action of Fanfare. That’s right, the Starlight Concert Series is back in business, and there’s no better entertainment on a hot night than free, cool music. Blankets, lawn chairs, picnic baskets and friends are all welcome, but bottles aren’t. There is a nearby grocery store where you can buy Popsicles, however, which makes everything better.
