Friends, goblins, wizard fans, lend us your Extendable Ears! Today, magicians and muggles alike should know that the Scholastic Harry Potter Knight Bus Tour stops at the St. Louis Public Library’s Central branch (1301 Olive Street; 314-241-2288) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fans of all ages can calm the qualm caused by the countdown to the mid-July release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by partaking in a plethora of magical crafts and activities. The colossal purple triple-decker expects to attract more muggle groupies than a Mötley Crüe tour bus, and festivities may even feature an appearance by good old Dumbledore. Plus, some lucky pre-registered fans will get to board the bus! Visit www.scholastic.com/harrypotter to prep for the excitement.
