If you’re in the market for dinner and company tonight, look no further than SLOWednesday at the Schlafly Bottleworks (7260 Southwest Avenue, Maplewood; 314-241-2337 or www.schlafly.com). Keith Biver and Brett Palmier of Biver Farms are your co-hosts this evening, and they’ll explain a bit about their farming philosophy (organic small-plot) and how two friends created a business that’s eco-friendly and body-pleasing. Afterward, share a meal of eggplant roulade and strawberry shortcake, made with Biver produce. Arrive a bit before 7 p.m. to place your food and drink orders (regular menu prices apply); Biver and Palmier start talking at 7:30 p.m.
