Back when this city was crisscrossed with streetcars, we’re sure these public transporters saw their fair share of drama, including breakups and arguments and marriage proposals. But they were probably never witness to anything like what’s going on at the Missouri History Museum (Lindell Boulevard and DeBaliviere Avenue; 314-746-4599 or www.mohistory.org). During the Teens Make History program, happening there every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:15 a.m., young people stage plays about streetcars in the historic streetcar on the museum’s grounds! What a great way to bring history to life! The free performances run through Thursday, August 16, and note that they will be canceled in the event of extreme temperatures or precipitation.
