Planning what to do on a date can be so difficult. The only things you know for sure are never order fettuccine (what a mess!) and never ever do Jäger-bombs (man, was that a rough night). But what should you do when you’ve invited someone out? Night & Day recommends a rendezvous at the Third Friday Open House at the Third Degree Glass Factory (5200 Delmar Boulevard; 314-367-4527 or www.stlglass.com). This month’s free event runs from 6 to 10 p.m. and features artworks by Ben Klein and Tom Lang and hot glass-blowing demonstrations, all of which should provide you with some cool conversation topics. Plus, there’s a cash bar (be careful!), and Dizzy Atmosphere starts jazzing it up at 7 p.m. Now, that sounds like the perfect setting for a first kiss!
