One person playing classical guitar sounds soothing and nice. But four people’s fingers flying over the frets is downright spectacular! Hear some magic for yourself when the St. Louis Classical Guitar Society hosts the Brazilian Guitar Quartet at the Ethical Society of St. Louis (9001 Clayton Road, Ladue). These four guitar masters haven’t played here since 2000; let’s fill up the space, and give ´em a reason to show up more often! This evening's program features Brazilian works and even pieces by Bach and others. For more information about the concert, call the Classical Guitar Society at 314-567-5566, and to purchase tickets ($24), visit www.guitarstlouis.net. The performance begins at 8 p.m.
