A Beautiful Night in the Neighborhood

By Ms. Day

Published on October 10, 2007

Ms. Day likes most things neighborhood-related, but she especially enjoys those neighborhood events that have a touch of class. Fortunately for her, Tower Grove Heights delivers the fancy fun from 5 to 8 p.m. The enclave’s Autumn Fest features a wine tasting at 3802 Hartford Street (this is also where participants should buy their tickets; $15 to $20), dessert and music at 3801 Wyoming Street, and a garden party with more wine and other drinks at 3724 Utah Place. While at the three locations, you also get a tour of each of the lovely homes and tasty tidbits from local restaurants. But the extravagance doesn’t stop there! Horse-drawn carriage rides are also offered! How wonderful! To purchase your ticket to Autumn Fest in advance, call 314-865-2411 or e-mail gakush@aol.com.
