If you snoozed through the Lou's first fashion week in August, Ebony magazine's Glam Odyssey: A Fashion Journey into Bliss and Beyond will sate any lingering couture curiosity. To pay tribute to 50 years of sashaying with prowess across America, the mag's annual traveling fashion fair highlights everything from classic Oscar de la Renta pieces to always-over-the-top wears by Bob Mackie, along with the designs of other world-renowned garment-innovators, including Christian Dior, Roberto Cavalli and Jean Louis Scherrer (design pictured). It's $35 to $50 for a reserved seat in the Ferrara Theater at America's Center (Washington Avenue and North Eighth Street), and profits raised from this glitzy show benefit the Beatrice T. Hurt Scholarship Fund. Show time is 8 p.m.; to order tickets, call the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis at 314-615-3668 or visit www.ulstl.org.
