In the history of made-for-TV movies, not even Devil Dog: The Hound of Hell or all three Amy Fischer docudramas combined can touch the firepower of High School Musical. With a TV sequel, two DVD releases, a No. 1 album, a concert tour and a book series all rollicking successes, there's little doubt that a fully staged, live production of High School Musical: On Tour at the Fox Theatre (527 North Grand Boulevard; www.fabulousfox.com or 314-534-1111) will be a smashing success. The opening-night performance is at 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, and the show continues through Sunday, January 13; tickets are $20 to $62.
