There's a mystery afoot in the Soulard area, and it ain't the case of Who Stole the Mardi Gras Beads? — that would be disastrous this time of year! But the unsolved crime of The Comic Book Killer! is just as important. You see, the Evil Doctor Weevil has decided he wants to obliterate both the superheroes and the villains they fight. The Ice Man and other superfolks are none too pleased about this, as you can imagine, but who took care of the naughty doctor?
