Sunday Is Super

You're on quite a bender this weekend, but we sympathize with your plight — after all, it's not your fault the gods put Mardi Gras Saturday and Super Bowl Sunday back to back! Despite this scheduling mishap, you must keep the party rolling, so head out to the RFT-sponsored Big Bowl Bash at 4 p.m. at the VooDoo Café & Lounge at Harrah's (777 Casino Center Drive, Maryland Heights; 314-770-7700 or www.harrahs.com). There, you can dive into the nacho bar (!) while you're tuned into one of several TVs. Admission is free; RSVP to bigbowlbash@cheresseink.com. And if the Grove is more your groove, the Premium Lounge (4199 Manchester Avenue; www.loungestl.com or 314-652-8585) also hosts some Super Bowl action, complete with a huge screen, drink specials and free apps starting at 4 p.m.

Then, for those who just can't keep the party going, there's Super Soul Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at St. Louis YogaSource (1500 South Big Bend Boulevard, Richmond Heights; www.stlouisyogasource.com or 314-645-9642). This relaxing event offers rejuvenation (chair massages and yoga) and detoxification (specialty teas and food) for a small donation (free-will contributions benefit Stray Rescue of St. Louis).
