Walking to raise money for cancer is good. But participating in a fitness workshop for breast-cancer awareness is awesome! Find out for yourself during Celebrate Fitness, which happens from 8 to 10 a.m. this morning (registration begins at 7 a.m.). Participating in this benefit workout costs $30 to $35, and you have the choice of walking (natch), running, practicing yoga, busting your butt in boot camp or getting your heart rate up during an aerobics class — either on land or in the water! To register for the event, visit www.celebrate-fitness.org, and for more information call 314-747-7222. Celebrate Fitness happens at the Washington University Athletic Complex (Forsyth and Big Bend boulevards).
