New Recorder Order

You think you're familiar with the recorder, but you're mistaken. Oh, you may have dabbled in a little recorder-playing back in your school days, but Quartet New Generation will destroy your limited concept of the plastic wind instrument. Playing massive wooden recorders that look like Danish modern furniture and sound like pipe organs and wild birds, this group of German and Austrian women perform works by classical and contemporary composers alike with equal verve.
