We're all a little more body-conscious these days. But no matter how many times we bemoan our flabby arms and poke our pudgy tummies, we are still hungry for bacon. And steaks and cream sauces. And what's so wrong with that? Everything in moderation, right? We deserve to eat these yummy foods — especially after a little exercise. So let's all go on the $25 Dinner Bike Ride starting at 6:30 p.m. at Creve Coeur Park (2143 Creve Coeur Mill Road, Maryland Heights). This 24-mile roundtrip heads out on the Katy Trail to the Little Hills Restaurant in St. Charles, where you can order healthy or hearty and be satisfied either way. The ride ends around 11 p.m., which means you ought to bring your bike lights, and you also need to make your advance reservations by calling 636-391-0922.
