If you missed Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings when they came to town, run, don't walk, to see Charles Walker and the Dynamites at the intimate Duck Room. When the Nashville group played the VooDoo Lounge in January, they managed to make the cavernous space resemble a James Brown funk-rager and a '60s soul revue — thanks to a killer horn section and Walker's dynamite, engaging personality.
