Don't blame Ingrid Michaelson for her music's ubiquity in maudlin television dramas and sweater-hawking commercials. The New York singer-songwriter made her name the way so many young singers with a knack for palatable pop have in these Web 2.0 days do — through thousands of MySpace friends and a few well-placed tunes tucked into mass-media outlets.
