Soulard Farmers' Market gets classy
More people are trying to cook at home these days, and while you can probably prepare a pretty delish dinner, nothing usually can compare with restaurant fare — those trained chefs really know what they're doing! Justin Keimon, the head chef at Franco (pictured, on the right), is no exception. His interpretations of French cooking are completely scrumptious, and totally too difficult for most folks to re-create at home. But instead of crying over your interpretations of his interpretations, head to the Soulard Farmers' Market (730 Carroll Street; 314-622-4180) at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 9. That's when Keimon is teaching a free cooking class as part of the tenth annual Chefs at the Market program.
