If your idea of fashion is putting on whatever you find on the floor, you may think that the events associated with Saint Louis Fashion Week aren't for you. But we're betting that at tonight's Project: Design! fashion show, held at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis (3750 Washington Boulevard), you'll be thoroughly entertained by at least some of the goings-on. Sure, there's a runway show featuring lines by local designers (including Reign by Paul Gibson, pictured, and Trashbiscuit), but there also will be live music, skate performances, a Goodwill fashion show and more! Plus, the whole event will be powered by wind energy, and Project: Design! also serves as an Art the Vote voter-registration site. The doors open at 7 p.m., and admission costs $20 at the door. For more information about Project: Design! and Saint Louis Fashion Week, visit www.saintlouisfashionweek.com; the fashionable week of fun continues with shows nightly through Saturday, October 11.
