Free Tickets! Free Night of Theater is just what it says.

It's a magical word: tickets. And "free tickets" sounds even better. But that's the offer seven local theaters are making next week.

As part of the nationwide Free Night of Theater giveaway, and sponsored locally by the Regional Arts Commission and the Kevin Kline Awards, if you act fast you can see musicals like Emma and Hair, high drama like A Fire as Bright as Heaven or even children's theater like Hansel & Gretel, all on the house.

Most of the freebies are for Thursday, October 16. But some comps extend as late as Halloween night. You can obtain further info and reserve your two free seats at www.freenightoftheater.net (choose "locations" and then "St. Louis").
