The Arch Rival Roller Girls kick off their 2009 season with the Masquerade Brawl, a riot-inducing roller derby bout for your heckling, die-hard fan pleasure. Nothing gets reserved spectators screaming at the top of their lungs like best friends on rival teams gutting it out on the rink — and it just so happens that this is a locals-only match, pitting the hometown M-80's against the hometown Smashinistas. The Masquerade Brawl takes place at the All American Sports Mall (11133 Lindbergh Business Court). Doors open at 7 p.m., and the carnage begins at 8 p.m. Kids younger than ten get in free, but everyone else pays $10 at the door.
