But the days when the Breeders, Throwing Muses, Björk, Tori Amos and PJ Harvey sang from the radio speakers are sadly long gone. Thankfully, the sisters Frampton, a.k.a. Meg & Dia, aren't afraid to speak for a whole new generation of tough ladies.
