Shopping malls are bastions of consumerism, beckoning us to come! Spend money! But you don't always have to drop a ton of cash to enjoy yourself at a mall, and St. Louis Mills (5555 St. Louis Mills Boulevard, Hazelwood) proves it. Just head to the mall's movie theater, Regal Stadium 18 Cinemas, for a Free Family Film Festivalhappening at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from June 9 through August 5.
