Street parties are typically a pretty good time. You've got a variety of folks all hanging out together and mingling, you have delicious eats, and you can feel free to knock back a few drinks out in the open — it's really quite liberating to not have to duck into a bar for a beer. Try it out for yourself at B Seen on the Boulevard, an outdoor extravaganza that has one added bonus: a charitable element. When you donate $10, not only do you get to enjoy eats from Nadoz Euro Bakery & Cafe, Maggiano's Little Italy and P.F. Chang's China Bistro along with drinks from Chandler Hill Vineyards, A-B and Pearl, but you can smile even wider knowing your money supports the Mid-County Family YMCA. You know, charity can also be very liberating.
