With all of the deep cleaning, the barked orders and the nasty personalities, Cinderella's story rings true with lots of ladies — some families are worse than others, of course, but there are days, my friends, there are days. Fortunately for her (and for those women still holding out hope), Cinderella's story has a happy, happy ending. She gets what she deserves — and her nasty relations get theirs (even though it's not in the official fairy tale, you know they go on to lead miserable lives). Experience the beauty and vindication of good triumphing over evil when Saint Louis Ballet presents Cinderella at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 3 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday (June 26 through 28) at the Touhill Performing Arts Center on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus (1 University Drive at Natural Bridge Road). Tickets to the dance concert cost $15 to $35 (at 314-516-4949 or www.touhill.org), and there's even a tea party at 1 p.m. on Saturday for you and the little ones at which you get to enjoy lunch ($25 to $38), meet Cinderella and maybe even pick up a few tips on securing one of those happy endings for yourself.
