Few traditions in the St. Louis rock & roll community are as alternately beloved and lampooned as the mythic KSHE Klassic. Such a song is hard to define, but like the old adage about pornography, you know it when you see (or hear) it. In short, a KSHE Klassic is a song played by the groundbreaking rock station that tends to be a deeper album cut from '70s stalwarts. Bands like Missouri, April Wine, Nazareth, Blind Faith and Humble Pie made their fair share of Klassics, as did better-known acts such as Jethro Tull, Kansas and Rush. To honor these dusty, largely forgotten rock sides, the Stag Night All-Stars present KSHE Klassics Tribute Night, featuring members of Bunnygrunt, the Wormwood Scrubs, Theodore and Rusty Nail.
