Originally formed by members of '90s alterna-faves Stir to be an occasional between-tour workout, El Monstero y Los Masked Avengers has become an almost unrivaled holiday tradition in St. Louis. In fact, the Pink Floyd tribute band's annual shows are the hottest tickets in town again this year: The band will light up the Pageant for six nights, four of which are already sold out. But the rock spectacle, which is packed with laser lights and pyrotechnics, transcends the "cover act" label easily, thanks to plenty of authenticity. 'Tis the season for psychedelia.
