When Ms. Day was but a wee little miss, she focused on her studies rather than on her wedding day. Dreams of cascading down an aisle situated in some kind of multi-tiered, glowing-white chiffon number to marry one of her childhood crushes never crossed her practical mind. And when she attends these kinds of affairs today, she always is filled with wonder at all of the planning and attempted dream fulfillment and, well, chiffon that go into these matrimonial occasions.
