You know you’re in the presence of greatness when the reigning heavyweight champion of your wrestling promotion is playing second banana to a couple of old dogs. No offense, A.J. Styles, but Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair are the big draw at TNA Lockdown 2010. People’s favorite Mick Foley, Kevin Nash, Kurt Angle and his Olympic gold medal, they’re all just the wrestling equivalent amuse-bouche — that would be tater tots — to Flair’s 56-ounce steak and Hogan’s 24-inch pythons. Can they even fight? Will their doctors allow them to fight? Hope, like an Irish whip off the ropes right back into a huge elbow, springs eternal. TNA Lockdown 2010 goes down at 7 p.m. at the Family Arena (2002 Arena Parkway, St. Charles; 636-896-4200 or www.familyarena.com), and tickets are $26 to $156.
