Old metal heads may remember the legendary Clash of the Titans tour, which featured thrash deities Slayer and Anthrax and also-rans Megadeth (Shoulda been Exodus. Or Voivod. Or Death Angel. Anyone but Mustaine, really.). All that was missing was Metallica, but life rarely aligns so perfectly. Well guess what? Life finally got its shit together and allowed for the creation of The Big Four: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax. The four kingpins of triple-time shredding are all performing live on one stage — in Sofia, Bulgaria. Yep, that's a bit of a schlep. But via the magic of satellite technology, you can witness the four hours of performance and backstage shenanigans at 7:30 p.m. at the Regal St. Louis Mills 18 theater (5555 St. Louis Mills Boulevard, Hazelwood ; 314-227-5503 or www.fathomevents.com). That's a lot of rock — maybe more than your bladder can stand, but Megadeth's hour should give you plenty of time to get it out of your system. Tickets are $18.
