Netherlands vs. Brazil
Inveterate gamblers have an ironclad rule when it comes to the Dutch and the World Cup: Never put money on the Dutch when the games count. Forget all the talk of Total Football and their unbeaten streak in this World Cup (and in the qualifying rounds as well) -- the Dutch can't win when it matters. Brazil is the consensus odds-on favorite as far as the masses are concerned, and not without reason. Their always-imaginative play has been buttressed by actual, honest-to-Pele defense thanks to Coach Dunga. We are not promoting actual wagering on the game (as of this writing, we're $231 in the hole -- you've been warned), but if you're looking to make things interesting, put your money on Brazil.
