The French Inflection

St. Louis definitely has a French flair, it's just horribly mangled by our accents. If you'd like to enjoy a little French confection without the garbling, the ladies of Chamber Project St. Louis present French Diversions this evening at the Chapel (6238 Alexander Drive; www.chamberprojectstl.com). At 7:45 p.m. the Klezmer Conspiracy (which shares at least one member with CPStL) performs some mingling music, and at 8:30 p.m. CPStL delves into Camille Saint-Saëns' Tarantella and Aubert Lemeland's "Divertissement for Three Instruments" (flute, clarinet, saxophone), among other Gallic delights. Admission is $4 to $10.
