Some of you may be lucky enough to have a partner in crime for this all-love-all-the-time weekend, but some of you may be wondering how you can somehow not spend it as pathetically as Liz Lemon. Then again, there are those amongst you who protest the love-in and the commercial aspects of the holiday. And where will all of you end up? After you get sick of watching Groundhog Day and The Craft — and between checking your phone every 30 seconds to see if anyone wants to do anything, ever — get all gussied up in your formal wear and head to Novak's Bar (4121 Manchester Avenue; 314-531-3699 or www.novaksbar.com) for the Sweetheart Dance. You can enjoy the complimentary buffet from 7 to 9 p.m., then get your portrait taken in the sweetheart photo booth. If you go stag, local star Dieta Pepsi hosts a Love Letters game to set you up with either your dreamboat or your worst nightmare. If nothing else, the 9 p.m. drag show (hosted by Krista Versace) will take your mind off of all the V Day cultural pressure. There's a $5 cover charge, which benefits I CARE!, the informational network that provides services for members of the LGBT community.
