After leaving behind his days as the frontman of legendary hardcore band 7 Seconds, Kevin Seconds has done a bit of growing up. Since 1990 Seconds has offered an introspective look at life through song, trading in his clenched fist and youthful aggression for an acoustic guitar. Emotive, honest and springing with unassuming positivity, his songs exhibit fearless maturation, making him a kindred spirit with the likes of Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba and Far's Jonah Matranga. Brandishing sincere inner monologue through acoustic punk ballads, Seconds bridges the gap between his Salad Days and the man he has become.
