Best of luck tracing the wildly winding trajectory of St. Louis' frantic champions. You would be forgiven for losing the trail in the past couple of years: The band has turned over 50 percent of its membership, settled into Cherokee Street and built its present sound more or less from scratch. Expect to see a fully reimagined and reinvigorated Dynamos emerge in 2012, and this residency amounts to one last chemistry experiment. A look at the opening acts for these shows will give you some idea of how broad a palette the band is operating with: Black Spade, Volcanoes, M.S.I.F. and Syna So Pro, who is kicking this particular one off with her dizzying one-woman loop pedal fireworks.
