Christmas gets people all dewy-eyed about family gatherings, togetherness and the "true meaning of Christmas." If television has taught us anything (everything, really), the true meaning of Christmas is opening presents. And the only thing better than lots of presents is getting to unwrap 'em early -- and the Randy Dandies XXXMas is nothing but the unwrapping of goodies. This bawdy version of a Christmas special features all your favorite Dandies -- Mimi Le Yu, Roxy Red Rockets, Little Bo Peepshow -- showing you what's under the tree, with help from friends Gravity Plays Favorites, Fiona Flame and Chicago's Jeez Louez. There's just a little bit of nice to go along with all the naughty, however; the show is a benefit for Food Outreach. The action starts at 9 p.m. at the Firebird (2706 Olive Street; www.firebirdstl.com), and tickets are $15, but drop to $10 if you donate five canned goods.
