This morning you rolled out of bed with a groan, recalled the piles of food and fountains of drink from the night before (if you do the Christmas thing), and swore you would never eat or drink again. Wrong! Schlafly Beer turns twenty years old today, and since it is still not legally old enough to drink itself, the responsibility falls to you. The Schlafly Beer 20th Anniversary Party gives all those of drinking age another reason to celebrate this holiday season. Beer prices go back in time to their 1991 levels, and local troubadours The Lucky Dog Band play from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The fun happens from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at The Schlafly Tap Room, located at 2100 Locust Street (314-241-2334 or www.schlafly.com).
